Delaware Phoenix whiskey, 50% alc./vol. (100 proof), 375 ml

Delaware Phoenix used to make four different classes of whiskey. There are the traditional whiskies of rye and bourbon, as well as an aged corn whiskey, and a whiskey distilled from wheat called "Eells Tavern". Choose one of the above pictures to explore further the world of spirits that are made by artisans.

All of my whiskies are made based on early 19th century production methods as described in an old recipe from the 1820s in Kentucky. They are bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) as that was the traditional strength at which good whiskey was sold. Aged in 25 gallon oak barrels from anywhere from 6 to 12 months, usually about 8 months. They are available in 375 ml bottles.

Sorry, but I don't make whiskey any longer. The last of the bourbon and the last of the rye whiskey were released in early November 2017. There will be a limited release of special aged corn whiskey in 2018.
