Where to Buy

First, be aware that not every store carries every one of my products. Some stores like to only carry the whiskey, others are willing to carry the absinthe as well. And some just have an absinthe. And just because they have one kind of absinthe, doesn't mean they'll have the other. So this means you'll need to check out their web site, or google them, and give them a call.

If you shop at stores in these areas and they do not carry Delaware Phoenix please ask them to do so! I cannot force anyone to carry my products. Only through customer demand can that happen. They can order direct from Delaware Phoenix.

Internet/Outside New York

There are two stores having an internet web store for sales inside and outside New York state. These are Catskill Cellars and Astor Wine and Spirits and you can order over the internet or call them on the phone. They are able to ship to most states. Due to the odd alcohol shipping laws and regulations, they don't ship to the same states, so if one cannot ship to your state, the other may be able to do so. And sometimes the rules change without apparent reason.

New York City Bars

I typically don't list the bars that carry my spirits. There are a number of reasons for this. I cannot keep track of what is in stock (since I'm not at the bar). Some bars carry the whiskey, some the absinthe. Sometimes a bar manager really loves Delaware Phoenix spirits, and orders it for the bar. Then they move on to another place, and I never hear from them again. Or the bar orders the spirits, and eventually runs out. They want to order more but are busy. So it's easier to just put in an order with the big distributors. Then they forget to order Delaware Phoenix, and months go by. And my little distillery in the Western Catskills is forgotten about. So if a bar does carry Delaware Phoenix spirits, order it if you can. And if it's on the menu, but they don't have it, or "can't get it", tell them they could get it if they ordered it. ;)

Sorry, but my products are only available in the US. The cost to ship internationally is prohibitive. Take a vacation to New York and visit one of the stores above. And visit the Catskill region of the state. It's just so beautiful here, especially in the summer. We'd love to see you.
